Yes, if we haven’t processed your order yet, you can log in to your account and cancel your order yourself. Alternatively, you can email us to cancel it, but the first option is better and quicker.

From time to time, orders are split and shipped from several countries. Split orders will not cost you anything extra. Most products are currently shipped from France and most C-Liquids are shipped from Spain.

This may be due to a number of reasons such as incorrect card details, name, address, insufficient funds, etc… We do not fail orders ourselves. Please contact your card provider (bank) for details, this will normally resolve the problem.

Our billing is carried out outside Europe and some banks will simply call to confirm that you have carried out the transaction. Nothing wrong with that, just the sign of a ‘good’ bank.

New customers may be required to pass a one-off security check. Once passed, we will never ask again. This involves a photo showing the card you used to make the payment (front ONLY). If you wish, you can cover part of your card, but we must be able to see your name and 4 numbers (from the long 16-digit card number). As soon as the information is received, your order will be dispatched. Your details are never shared or stored.

– Payment received: Your payment has been received. We have your payment.

International orders will take a little longer, but for continental Europe the average delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days and for the rest of the world between 10 and 20 working days.

No, we do not accept PayPal or ever will, the reason being that it is against PayPal’s terms and conditions and anyone using PayPal to accept payment from Research Chemicals is accepting payments illegally. You and we run the risk of having your PayPal account closed and funds withheld for 180 days or not at all.

Not sorry, due to the nature of the business, all shipments are final, you have from the time of purchase to the time of shipment to cancel an order yourself via your account or email. We do not except returns. no exceptions!

All orders are packaged very very discreetly and do not look like the graphics on our websites. We have developed an excellent way of shipping the order after many years of practice. Large orders such as crystal or pellets are heat sealed in foil, packaged if pellets and shipped in padded envelopes. Blotting paper orders only are heat sealed and shipped in a rigid carrier, do not fold the envelopes. There is no mention of our product names or website on the outside of the packaging. IMPORTANT: We do not use/add a return address or send an invoice with your order(s).
