Orders received after 11am (UTC+2) will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on working days.

Estimated delivery times are

2 – 3 days in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italie, Belgium, Norway and France
4 – 5 days in the USA and Canada.
7 – 14 days for the rest of the world

After 20 working days, if you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply inform us so that we can arrange a refund.

Due to the nature of our products, once your order has left our premises, you will not be entitled to a refund or return. Please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL.

You have from the moment of purchase until the moment the order arrives awaiting dispatch to cancel or amend your order. A surcharge of 10%, depending on the amount, will apply to any cancellation.

If, by chance, your order has not arrived within 14 working days, you will receive a free return.

All returns are sent by standard post without tracking.

However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, you will be refund only if you choose ”Tracked and insured shipping method” . Please note that we do not offer a forwarding service to many high-risk countries.

Due to the increasing number of orders lost in transit to a small number of countries, we have created a list of countries where customers purchase at their own risk and no compensation or reshipment will be offered under any circumstances.

All orders shipped to high risk countries must be paid by Bitcoin, no other payment options are offered: Finland, Australia, and Indonesia.
